To be able to kill one’s “enemy” in battle one of the ultimate illusions on your planet. To kill in this way is no different than killing your own child, flesh of your flesh. It has been said many times, in truth there is only ONE. To believe in separation based on ethnicity, religion or any other “ism” is insanity, delusion and in many cases, evil.
I asked about how to deal with those in power that would propagate an agenda of war such as what is happening in Iraq and Afghanistan. They showed me a large energetic field in the cosmos and demonstrated how we all are part of that creative force acting as little creators in our own right. They said, these places are your earth, are very dark and backward in their thinking and customs. We liken it to what your Christ said, “The poor have always been among you.” There is a wave that has begun and it is building in momentum. How can you help your brothers in war-torn areas? Work on YOURSELF first and hold them in your highest thoughts of peace, compassion and love.
Regarding prophesies of upcoming destruction, we tell you this, many of you have been clearing your karmas and preparing your bodies and minds for the increase of Light on your planet. Why would you prepare yourselves just to be destroyed? Think about it logically, it does not make sense. The Lightworkers have been prepared to assist and to serve, they are needed here and their jobs are just beginning! Even some so-called spiritual thinkers are showing a profound lack of faith. Yes, as a planet and people you must change your ways and that is already happening. There are those that liken your planet to an old junker car sitting in someone’s front yard,just collecting rust. There is a “why bother?” mentality to that. The thought that the earth is already so damaged and so fractured, that to destroy her might actually be a good thing. You have come to this place for a reason and this planet is your home. There are those that could come along with paint, new tires and a skilled mechanic and could take that junker and make her into something useful and beautiful once again. This is the task at hand. Thoughts on the Authentic Self.
I was pondering Sarah Bierman's ideas this morning and took that into my meditation. I got that when we are in Authentic Self, it is always a soulful place of expansion, joy and light. There is an ease to our movements and communications with others. Her thoughts about NOT being able to spend time with those folks that diminish our authenticity really hit home with me. This past year I spent much more time in solitude and declined many social invitations. I just wasn't "feeling it" as they say.
When we lower our vibration to make others more comfortable and to "not make waves" we actually create MORE in the long run. Doing this diminishes ourselves and plays into old, dysfunctional programming and fear. It empowers falsehood and denies the truth in ourselves and others. To be in our Authentic Self is to invite others to do the same. It creates what Guidance has referred to as the "dominant vibration." Dominant not in an overbearing sort of way, but a higher note so to speak, using a tone scale. As one who spent many years "putting my light under a bushel," it feels so good just to stop! I realize a lot of it has to do with the opinions of others and we all know what they say about opinions! How important are people's opinions of us anyway? Thank goodness we are developing to a point as a people where it can be understood that if someone is angry or excessively judgmental regarding us, these negative emotions were not created by us and we are merely serving as a catalyst for their transformation. It is up to that person whether or not they own it, clear it and heal it.
This year will be a very interesting case study to put this type of work into action. These are interesting times indeed and we are so blessed to be here and to have each others friendship and love for support.

Talking back to 2012. ~ (Part one)
There has been a lot of information out there regarding 2012, some good, some bad and some that is just plain ridiculous. Don't even get me started on that big-budget Hollywood film that recently came out! Sitting with Guidance on New Year's Day 2010, what came through was interesting to me. I hope that you all enjoy it and that the coming year brings all of your heart's desires to fruition for you.
Humanity’s job now is to prepare your hearts and vessel bodies for the Christ/Light. There will be a “return” as the prophets have said, but it will be an “inside job” so to speak. We shy away from the term Christ as there has been baggage associated with this word over the years, but we are referring to the one Solar SUN/SON of what is known to be God/Source Energy. The Source energy is so vast that the SUN/SON gives it a focal point of reference to specialize this energy so that it can be more widely and wisely used.
Yes, the doomdayers operate off and from a place of fear and also disempowerment. Since you are not only made in the image of the creator, you ARE creators yourselves, then there is no point whatsoever in accepting destruction as your future reality. There is enough mind, muscle, heart and spirit power to eradicate hunger from the face of the planet if only these powers would be unified, working together for a common goal.
There does not have to be a “fight” between Spirit and ego, not as previously dealt with in earlier times such as when ACIM (A Course in Miracles) was first given for your use. The planet and its people have grown in leaps and bounds since then. There will always be those among you, that have seemingly lost their way and that walk the path of least resistance. Do not judge or curse them for they have their karmas, their journeys. Now is the time to take a position of detached strength, an organized light force, so to speak. Many of the lightworkers have been doing deep, individual, inner work and the fruits of these efforts are now being shown. In as sense there is a battle before you, but it is not what it might appear to be. The battle will be won with love and non-resistance, but also with focused intention. In the coming months there will be another strong influx of the light energies, which may be temporarily disorienting for some. Continue to support these beings in body, mind and spirit through healthy diet, grounding and emotional care.
Part of what is creating the doubt and fear is the history of planet earth. There has been much death, suffering and war upon this planet for hundreds and hundreds of years. It is reflected in the history books, documentaries and in your thoughts. It has been passed down to the children. We say to you, study your wars no longer. Release a belief in war as a necessary evil. Evil is evil, period. The time for suffering of this kind will soon be over, if enough beings choose it.

Today's message - 3 July 2009
In a continuation of our last discussion, we wish to add this information. To the ego or unrefined mind, it seems like "work" or a "discipline" to relax, go with the flow and surrender to Grace. It also seems like work as the unrefined mind is so accustomed to figuring things out, and being pro-active as it were. This time when your earth sun is in the sign of Cancer is the perfect time to ease into the peace, the feeling, the Grace.
How does one deal with those that remain in anger, resistance or other negative states of mind? What is the best course of action?
We realize that you ask this as your own heart has carried the burden so to speak of dealing with this and these types of individuals. From where we sit it might sound oversimplified or trite when we give our response, but we tell you this, to give Love, Acceptance and Forgiveness is the only way. There is another scripture quote, "for all have fallen short of the Glory, etc" this has been widely misinterpreted. It is not meant to assign blame and to point out the sins of the people, but to show that all are working to find their way, so to speak. Some people are choosing negative actions that will also have negative results. If they had the precognition or presence of mind, they would not choose this for themselves, but at this moment in time they lack this ability. In truth, they lack NOTHING but there is a part of their unrefined mind that instructs them otherwise you see? It has also been said by your prophet that you "must become as little children." What does this mean? Look at children, for the most part they are happy, contented, free and they are also very good judges of character. If there is an energy or a person, place or thing that makes them feel uncomfortable, watch how they easily and with little effort just step away from that thing. There is no discussion, no blame. You see? It is helpful for you to emulate this behavior. The rational mind does a good job of being so grown up and important. There is also a wisdom in being simple, and perhaps even small and meek. The meek may be perceived as "weak" by some, but they are very wise in that they "chose their battles" which is mostly to not go to battle in the first place.

Message from AAE - 6/28/09
Hello Friends~
I should first explain a bit about Guidance. The AAE is a term used to represent the collective energy that I have been communicating with since 1996, it is short for "ArchAngelic Energies . I have been told that they are an Angelic presence and also that they are "Star People."
The question was posed today about how to create permanent and lasting healing. As some of you may know, I have been dealing with a gynecological disorder that has gotten more severe over the past few months. Here is their response:
It has been stated many times in your language and in many ways that one could heal any and all illness if certain factors were/are in place. Illness is both complex and simple all at the same time. The "cure" of all illness is simple but it is not always easy. There are also karmic factors that are place which explains why some heal easily and others do not. We realize that there are some that will be reading this message that are in the healing profession and to this effect we communicate with them directly. In facilitating healing either for oneself or for others, the proper state of consciousness is required. Also to remember that every cell is both filled with LIGHT and also the potential for dis-ease. The healing is contained therein, in every case. Do you understand? Let us clarify further.
You have seen the power of seeking out the "blockages" or impediments to light that can exist in the physical organism. On a very high level there are those that will say that all blocks, dis-ease, etc. is an ILLUSION which in essence is true but while you are contained in a physical vehicle/body, certain laws and rules of healing do apply. There are many cases in your world of beings that have experience "spontaneous healing" of many disease processes. Why does this occur? All of the factors are in perfect alignment for them; the mental level, the spiritual level and this reflects all the way down to the physical. There is also a willingness and acceptance of the healing on a deep level. You ask us why would anyone block healing or wish to remain in a static state of dis-ease. We tell you this, there are some that the fear of facing what is behind the dis-ease is too frightful for them and you have seen examples of this in your own work with others. So the best prayer for someone in this case is to appeal to the LightForces to help lift these fears, these impediments to the truth for that individual. Again, on a high level they are not what you would call "real" they are certainly real enough for the person that is experiencing them. There is also a pattern present especially with those born in the West that one must "work hard" for results and for any grace given. We tell you, this is not so. Grace is given freely and at all times for those that approach her. It is the great pleasure of Source to give healing, light, peace and all good things for that is what he/she is. You see?
The dance of ego/soul is indeed one of an inner war. In your world, the outer reflects the inner in many cases. It is a challenge for those that are "sensitives" to disconnect from the energetic upsets and waves that occur in your world, sometimes on a daily basis. We refer to the scripture that states to "go into your closet to pray." What this can be interpreted is to go to one's inner sanctuary where no one can disturb you to take time to be still and to connect....to the Source of peace, light and all healing. Ask the discordant energies to gently fall away and for the light of the Self to shine brightly and true.
There is nothing that you need DO. Yes this has been said many times over and in different languages, you are correct, this is what we leave you with today. Blessings to all that read these words this day.

Happy Summer Solstice & New Moon!
Summer Solstice and New Moon in Cancer
Celebrate! Midsummer’s Night is here! It’s the longest day, one of the four most powerful points in the solar year. Honor this shift in some tangible way and bring its power into your life – an offering, a prayer, a silent acknowledgement, for this is where the increase of sunlight that has developed from the point of the Winter Solstice now shifts from the yang, outwardly-increasing force to the yin, inwardly decreasing force. The Masculine powers of Light surrender and begin the descent into the Feminine power of the Dark. In the Hindu tradition, the Winter Solstice inaugurates ‘the way of the Gods’ (devayana) and the Summer Solstice inaugurates ‘the way of the Ancestors’ (pitriyana).
We enter the gateway of Cancer at Summer Solstice, and this year the New Moon with Sun and Moon in Cancer at 1ยบ follows close behind on Monday, June 22. We are awash in the sensitivity of a feminine, yin water sign. After the fire of Aries, earthy pragmatism of Taurus, whirlwind activities of airy Gemini, watery Cancer provides a welcome refreshment and solace to our inner life. Giving and receiving emotional warmth, support, and nourishment is the key to aligning with these energies. The South is the direction of summer. Life is at its fullest, our hearts open up in the warmth and relaxation of sunlight like the ripening fruit, and we feel gratitude and love for our families and communities. Our emotional life is accentuated.

EODM - Pappy & Harriet's 6/7/09
First of all I am typing today and not talking much on the phone because I screamed so much and so loud that now I am hoarse. Now that was a rock and roll show Ladies and Gentlemen!
Eagles of Death Metal are everything that is currently devoid in popular music. They ROCK, they aren't corporate or polished, they play what they want to play and they have Mr. Jesse "Boots Electric" Hughes as their frontman. Can I get an Amen?
They are one of the best live bands that I have ever seen. Their CD's have a bit to be desired, with the exception of their second effort "Death by Sexy" which has their biggest tune to date "I want you so hard (boys bad news)."
Though they have some great musicians in the band, especially "Darlin" Dave Catching ripping it up on his flying V, they wouldn't be quite the same without Mr. Hughes. The man has stage presence and charisma for days, and you can tell he gets his influences from the real deals: Elvis, Little Richard, Mick Jagger and even a little bit of Prince. His stage persona is part put-on, part Evangelical minister, part crazy-man and it all works perfectly.
I went to this show after surviving a difficult week entailing a major snafu with a large corporate banking firm. To hear some great music in the middle of high desert with the ultimate "good time" band was just what the doctor ordered. My eye twitch even went away! I highly recommend seeing them when they get back from their European tour this summer.
